AQUACISE SCHEDULE & DESCRIPTIONS

Want a powerful workout with little to no impact on your joints?  Then Aquacise is for you!  Whether you are in the deep end of the pool for our Deep Water Class or the shallow end for our Easy Splash Class, you will reap the benefits of water training. Check out our class schedule below along with descriptions of the classes.  Hope to see you there!

********NEW SATURDAY MORNING HYDRO-FIT CLASS AT 7:45am BEGINNING 1/28/12 !!!! 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Jumpstart:  Get a jump on your day with our early morning aqua class.  This is a rigorous class suitable for all levels that takes place primarily in our shallow end of the pool.  The music and movement will energize your day!

White Water:  This invigorating class really makes waves!  Primarily held in the shallow end of the pool and suitable for all levels of fitness, you will get your heart pumping with simple but effective moves.

Deep Water: As the name suggests, this class is held in the deep end of our pool.  Using flotation belts or noodles, you will find yourself doing a variety of moves such as jumping jacks, jogging, and sprinting with little to no impact on your joints.


Easy Splash:  Experience the benefits of exercising in the water during this 45 minute class.  During the first half of this class we work in the shallow water, going through a series of strength training exercises.  The second half finds us in the deep end of the pool in a comfortably paced aerobic routine.  Come join the fun and experience what everyone is talking about!


Hydro-Fit:  Strength training and conditioning in the water!  We use the entire length of the pool with training intervals and bell curve techniques.  Focus is on posture and balance using various exercises to strengthen your core!

Deep Hydro-Fit: This class is for those who can not exercise in the shallow end, but uses the same principles as the Hydro-Fit class.
