WHY TAKE A SWIM LESSON.....
Our instructors will help you or your child define and reach goals by teaching the skills needed to succeed in the water. Whether you or your child are taking getting into the pool for the first time or are looking to compete, our instructors will support and motivate you or your child to accomplish the goals set.

GROUP SWIM LESSONS
6 Week Sessions: The six week session will meet weekly on Saturday mornings for 30 minutes and will cost $56 for members and $75 for non members.
All classes are taught by American Red Cross Trained Instructors. Classes with over 6 participants wil have an aide in class with the exception of the Tot classes which will have an aide with over 12 participants.

Private & Small Group Swim Private and semi private lessons allow more flexibility in scheduling and provide more one on one attention with the instructor. Lessons are coordinated between you and your instructor and can be purchased individually or in a bundle. Please contact the front desk to set up a time and schedule.
1 Private Swim Lesson: Member Fee: $27.00 Non-Member Fee: $38.00
5 Private Swim Lessons: Member Fee: $120.00 Non-Member Fee: $150.00
5 Swim Lessons: (Group) Member Fee: $56.00 per person Non-Member Fee: $75.00 per person

LESSON DETAILS:
1) All fees must be paid in full at time of registration and are non-refundable. You may register by phone with a credit card or in person 2) Group lessons must have at least 3 participants to take place, refunds or credits will be given under this circumstance. 3) All group lessons have a max of 6 children per class, to maximize swim time. 4) Lessons are scheduled back to back, so please arrive promptly. 5) Group Lessons have no make up classes.

SWIM CLASS LEVELS
Water Babies - Water Exploration- Ages 6 months to 2 years old Parent must be in water with child Water Entry- getting wet Floating with support of parent Using toys Kicking at the side of pool
Tiny Tots - Primary Skills Exhaling underwater Submerging mouth, nose and eyes Opening eyes underwater and picking up submerged objects
Level One - Stroke Readiness Submerging entire head/bobbing in water Treading water using arm and leg motions Front and back glide Swimming using combined stroke on front and back
Level Two - Stroke Development Front and back glide Survival float, back float Front and Back crawl Rotary breathing in horizontal position Butterfly kick and body motion Kneeling or standing dive
Level Three - Stroke Refinement Elementary backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly Front and back crawl
Level Four - Stroke Proficiency/Adding Yardage Elementary backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly & sidestroke Front flip turn and backstroke flip turn Standing dive (diving progression)
