Whatever your fitness goals are, our classes can help you reach them! We offer a wide variety of cardio classes in addition to Body Pump and Body Step, we have Indoor Cycling, Cardio Kick boxing, Hi/Low Aerobics. We also offer Tai Chi, and Yoga to improve your strength and balance!

Our instructors promote healthy lifestyles for everyone! They provide a safe, effective, and fun workout that will motivate you to keep working towards your goals. They share a contagious energy and offer a variety of moves keeping each class fresh and exciting.
