JUMP START: Get a jump on your day with our early morning aqua class. This is a rigorous class suitable for all levels that takes place primarily in the shallow end of the pool, to set music.
WHITE WATER: This invigorating class really makes waves! Primarily held in the shallow end of the pool and suitable for all levels of fitness. You will get your heart pumping with simple and effective moves.
DEEP WATER: Using floation belts or noodles, you will find yourself doing a varitey of moves such as jumping jacks and jogging with minimal impact on your joints.
EASY DOES IT: Experience the benefits of exercising in the water duing this 45 minute class. During the first half of the class we work in shallow water, going through a series of strength training exercises. The second half finds us in the deep end for a comfortable cardio routine.
