Whatever your fitness level, you can find a class that will help you reach your fitness goals. Studies show that when you exercise in groups you are more likely to stick to with your exercise routine. This is not only because group fitness classes give you results quickly but because they are fun! Our certified instructors will offer you a safe, exciting, and challenging class while encouraging you to work at your own pace. Choose from Step, Boxing, Aquasize, Tai- Chi, and more. Class Descriptions All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted. Classes are subject to change without prior notice.
BODY PUMP: Is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for.
Body Step: Is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music, to the friendly, approachable instructors.
Hi-Lo: A full energy workout! Instructor will show both hi impact and low impact moves so you can choose the workout that is right for you.
Tai-Chi: Long recognized as a way to stay fit and healthy, this ancient Chinese exercise unites the mind and body with flowing, relaxed movements. Improve balance, strength, and flexibility while bringing an inner calm that you will carry with you all day. Appropriate for all levels.
Abs with Babs: A combination of cardio and strength that focuses on your lower half.
Cardio Circuit: Work your heart through the use of a variety of machines.
Box n' Boot: A great alternative to kick start your cardio routine.Take out the days aggressions with punches, kicks and jabs.
Zumba: Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.
Open Hooping: A fitness class for any age level or fitness level that helps build core strength, tones your entire body, has no to little impact, help increase energy, clears mind and helps reduce stress in a fun and enjoyable way.
