Yoga Class Descriptions
All Classes are 60 Minutes Unless Otherwise Noted.
Vinyasa Flow: An energetic flow of sun salutations and balance postures designed to build physical strength while increasing flexibility. We recommend you have some Yoga experience before taking this class.
Gentle Yoga: This class is great for beginners or someone who might just want to take it easy. A class that will focus on breathing and flexibility.
Power Yoga: A vigorous, athletic style of yoga that focuses on endurance and strength. We recommend you have Yoga experience before taking this class.
Mindful Yoga: This is a class that offers a combination of postures aimed at centering your breathing while creating a deeper mind-body connection. All levels are encouraged to attend this class.
Low Intensity Yoga: Focuses on a full range of postures, breathing and internal awarness. This class is designed for all levels of yoga experience.
