| Pull back a string and send an arrow to its destination using light weight recurve bows, learn a "life-time" sport or fine-tune your shooting skills. Enjoy the company of others participating in a sport that builds upper body strength, improves eye-hand coordination and is Fun!
The RCC and New England School of Archery have created programs at the RCC for children, families and women. Lucy Morris will be running the programs and is a Level III Coach certified through the National Olympics Archery Program. All equipment is provided and you may bring your own with instructors approval.

Women's Springtime Retreat
A day to refresh, rejuvenate and recharge. Enjoy experiencing the ancient art of Tai Chi (create energy), gain knowledge of the sport of target archery (use energy) and find peacefulness in meditation (become one with your own energy). A journal of your journey will be your keepsake.

ZONE ARCHERY
Z=Zen O=Olympics N= New Balance E=Energy Within
Combine Zen thought with Olympic-Style Archery, Participants will learn techniques for balance, energy and flow. Methodology will include Meditation, Tai Chi and Archery. Equiptment is provided. Participants will be able to apply learned skills to family, work and play. Participants will become more connected to their Inner Child. Participants will qualify for ZONE ARCHERY TWO which will be offered this winter. This class is taught by 2 coaches Marcia Wyman & Lucy Morris. Marcia is a Tai Chi Instructor and a Level IV National Archery Coach and Director of New England School of Archery. Lucy Morris is a Tai Chi & Aikido graduate, Level III Coach and Associate Director of New England School of Archery. For more information on Zone Archery please contact N.E.
